Pondless Water Falls

Enjoy all there is with a beautiful acoustic waterfall, but with out a pond at the bottom. A Pondless Waterfall is great for high traffic areas, schools, corporate settings, restaurants, catering halls, and golf courses. They are virtually maintenance free.

Constructed Wetlands

Perhaps the breaking point in filtration for large bodies of water. Constructed Wetlands are also known as a Bog Filter which can be used to filter your new backyard water garden or even the neighborhood lake. We can draw water from your pond or lake and filter it through our bog filter and return the water clean and in the form of a magnificent waterfall. This system can double the time span of having to dredge natural ponds and retention basins.

Natural Lake/Pond Restoration

Using a bog filter, bottom aeration, and the proper selection of aquatic plants we can change the quality and life cycle of dead or unsightly bodies of water. In conjunction with DEP, DEC, and local state and town wetland codes we can properly restore a backyard pond that has been neglected for many years.

Retention Basin Makeovers

A necessity for any development or commercial complex these basins are a part of Phase II storm water management practices (SMPs). In accordance to the states practices to improve the quality of SMPs, specifically in regard to their performance, longevity, safety, ease of maintenance, community acceptance, and environment benefit we feel that our constructed wetlands/bog filters used in conjunction with forebay ponds can double the time in which dredging would have to occur, and greatly increase the quality of water. With an extremely easy to access pump out chamber, one truck can remove the TSSs, phosphorus, nitrites and nitrate, oil and grease, organic carbon, and all of the other chemical constituents in storm water listed in the New York States Stormwater Management Design Manual.

Aeration Systems

Whether it is a breath taking thirty foot high fountain or a bottom aeration system, oxygen is an important ingredient to a well balanced pond or lake.

Aquatic Plant Design/Installation

Another key ingredient to a well balanced pond or lake are the plants that will live in and around them; such as in the case with green roof systems and rain gardens. Aquatic plants will add beauty and act as a means of natural filtration. A properly planted bog, rain garden or biorention pond can not only keep the water clean but add months of color to an otherwise unsightly and more importantly unhealthy pond or retention basin.
